The ER for Human Connection

Designing experiences that bring people out of isolation and back into real community.

In a world shaped by burnout, loneliness, and disconnection, Laura helps organizations and communities create gatherings that foster belonging, trust, and meaningful connection.

We are more connected than ever — and more isolated than ever before.

Across workplaces, campuses, and communities, people are experiencing rising levels of loneliness, burnout, and disconnection. While we gather constantly, meaningful connection has become increasingly rare.

Experiences Remain exists to change that.

Meet Laura

Laura is driven by a passion for creating change, community and connection. For more than 15 years, she worked in events, sales, and hospitality, traveling the world and bringing people together for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits.

While the rooms were often full, she began noticing something deeper—many people still felt disconnected and alone. As loneliness and isolation continued to rise across workplaces, campuses, and communities, Laura began asking a bigger question: What if gatherings could do more than fill a room?

After leaving corporate America, Laura began pursuing her Master of Social Work at New York University to better understand the systems shaping mental health and human connection. Today, she brings her background in hospitality, experiential design, and social work to build gatherings that do more than impress—they help people reconnect.

Laura calls her work the ER for Human Connection because she believes we are living in a time of profound isolation, and intentional spaces for connection are more necessary than ever.

“You must start by experiencing what you want to express.”
